Welcome to the SPHERE: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Refresher course. This is a 6 hour online training program that provides GPs with on-going Level 2 registration with the GPMHSC. This ongoing registration allows GPs to continue practising Focused Psychological Strategies under the Better Access to Mental Health Care initiative for the following triennium. The CBT Refresher course reviews the 3 key therapy techniques of CBT and builds upon this knowledge through the use of clinical case studies.
