1. What are the recommended system requirements to view the case studies?

Pentium 3 (or higher) Processor
1024 x 768 Screen Resolution
Windows XP Operating System with Internet Explorer 6 with javascript enabled

2. How do I change my screen resolution to 1024 x 768 (or Larger)

1. Close/Minimise all open windows to reveal your desktop
2. Right Click on the middle of your desktop to access the menu (pictured below)
3. Select the 'Properties' Item
4. The 'Display Properties' window will open (pictured below)
5. Select the 'Settings' tab from along the top of this window
6. In the area titled 'Screen resolution drag the slider to the right until 1024 x 786 is selected (pictured below)
7. Press 'Okay' Button and your screen resolution will be adjusted

3. How do I enable javascript in my browser

You must adjust your browser settings to enable javascript and popups. If these settings are disabled then the site will not function properly.
Internet Explorer:
Tools>Internet Options>Security>Internet
- Set the security level to a maximum of medium and then click ok.

Tools>Internet Options>Security>Trusted Sites>sites
- Ensure the section labelled 'Require server verification(https:) for all sites in this zone' is un-ticked and type http://training.spheregp.com.au in the section labelled 'Add this Web site to the web zone' and then click ok and click ok again.

Tools>Internet Options>Privacy>Settings
- Type http://training.spheregp.com.au in the section labelled 'Address of Web site to allow' and then click add, then click close, then click ok (allow popups).
